SB 398 Advisory Council

The purpose of the Advisory Council is to establish objectives, details, and deadlines related to the Verification System as part of the Motor Vehicle Financial Responsibility Enforcement and Compliance Incentive Program established under  §§ 303.420-440, RSMo, and to promote cooperation and collaboration between the insurance industry, third party vendors, the Missouri Department of Revenue, and the Missouri Department of Commerce and Insurance.
